Health Career Exploration Camp for High School Students
MedQuest, held annually since 1994, is a health career exploration camp for Oregon high school students. Each of the three camps are created specifically for the community that hosts it. Every job shadow, connection with a local organization, and hands-on activity is determined by what is available in the area, giving students a clear picture of the community and the healthcare workforce within it.
Included in your experience:
- Shadow 3 healthcare professions
- Interact with both real and simulated patients
- Tour local healthcare-related facilities
- Connect with professionals & peers
- Learn how to take vitals, suture, & perform CPR
- Prepare for college & professional applications
- Take home your own stethoscope & suture kit

Rural MedQuest
June 2025 (Dates TDB).
Located in La Grande, Oregon.
Campers will stay in the Eastern Oregon University (EOU) Residential Halls.
$25.00 deposit fee

Juntos MedQuest
March 2025 (Dates TDB).
Located in The Dalles, Oregon.
Campers meet for camp every morning.
20 student spots available!
Frontier MedQuest
June 2025 (Dates TDB).
Located in Burns and Crane, Oregon.
Campers will stay in the Crane High School dorms.
$25.00 deposit fee
