Investigators of Science is open to all 6th-8th grade students throughout Eastern Oregon. We encourage all Eastern Oregon Students to apply.

*Only 100 spaces available!


The camp will be offered in person at Eastern Oregon University, Badgley Hall, One University Blvd, La Grande, Oregon 97850.


October 29th, 2022 from 8:30am to 3:30pm.


The $10 registration fee includes lunch and T-shirt. This must be paid online with a debit or credit card at the time of application.

In the case that a student is not selected for Investigators of Science, the fee will be refunded.

What is Investigators of Science?

Formerly known as Girls in Science is an annual event at Eastern Oregon University that provides students in grades 6-8 with an exciting day of hands-on STEM exploration! Hosted in collaboration by NEOAHEC and EOU, it allows students to dive head-first into an engaging science mystery that explores topics in chemistry, biology, mathematics, and computer science. Watch for annual application instructions and details!
