During Senator Merkley's annual Union County town hall in La Grande in April, NEOAHEC staff and two board members in attendance were honored to be presented a U.S. flag that had been flown at the capital.

Senator Wyden took the time to meet and take a picture with the campers at Rural MedQuest after his town hall held in La Grande on June 20.
His commitment to our programming has been instrumental in continuing the AHEC mission, and it was important for the students to see that he valued their futures.
