We can offer Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) training to small groups that align with the NEOAHEC mission & vision.
MHFA is a nationally recognized course that teaches people how to recognize signs of mental health and substance use challenges and how to offer initial support until someone can connect with professional help. It builds confidence to start conversations, reduce stigma, and strengthen community support for mental wellbeing.
