35 Students Selected for MedQuest Camp

[La Grande, OR—May 30, 2018]: Northeast Oregon Area Health Education Center (NEOAHEC) of La Grande is proud to announce its camper selections for the 26thAnnual MedQuest Health Career Exploration Camp, which will take place from June 18-22, 2018 on the Eastern Oregon University campus and surrounding community. The accepted students are listed below, in addition to their respective hometowns:

NEOAHEC selected these distinguished young applicants from a pool of 60 candidates from across Oregon, based on their extracurricular involvement, essays, GPA, passion for the healthcare field, and many other factors.

MedQuest is Oregon’s only week-long health career exploration camp for high school students. It exposes participants to a variety of unique medical experiences, including various types of healthcare training, individually-tailored job shadows, tours of medical facilities, and much more. Students also participate in panel discussions with local healthcare providers and recreational activities.
