The Oregon Office of Rural Health is seeking nominations for the 2018 Oregon Rural Health Hero of the Year Award. The award honors an outstanding person, program, or organization that has improved the quality and availability of healthcare in rural communities.
Nominations for the 2018 Oregon Rural Health Hero of the Year will be accepted now through July 6, 2018 and will be announced at the 35th Annual Oregon Rural Health Conference, October 3-5, 2018 at the Riverhouse on the Deschutes, Bend, Oregon.
