Hepatitis C Community of Practice

First and third Thursdays of each month, noon - 1 p.m., October 1, 2020 - May 20, 2021

Clinicians and their teams are cordially invited to participate in the Hepatitis C Community of Practice, funded by SAMHSA State Opioid Response (SOR) and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Viral Hepatitis Prevention grant funding.

This 16-session Hepatitis C Community of Practice ECHO series will help build or improve systems of care that effectively treat hepatitis C in the primary care setting with the aim of eliminating hepatitis C from your clinical setting and community.

  • No cost continuing medical education (CME) credits*

  • The opportunity to present your tough cases and receive feedback from a multidisciplinary team of specialists and peers

  • Share and learn with other clinicians, practices, and a multidisciplinary team of specialists on how to:

    • Build a treatment program at the community level

    • Develop systems, protocols, and policies to support treatment

    • Cultivate leadership buy-in

The Community of Practice is open to previous and current Hepatitis C ECHO participants. Other Oregon clinicians treating hepatitis C will be accepted as space permits

*Accreditation: Oregon Health & Science University School of Medicine is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

Credit: OHSU School of Medicine designates this live activity for a maximum of 16.0 AMA PRA Category 1 CreditsTM. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
